fulfil its obligations towards participants in the SAR Scheme, as follows:      
26 April 2012:      5,949 shares at R205.20 per share                           
                   4,412 shares at R207.28 per share                            
                   2,435 shares at R207.69 per share                            
Total value of transaction:  R2,640,979.31                                      
Clearance has been obtained in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
