POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF SHAREHOLDERS MEETING                          
Shareholders are advised that the circular, incorporating revised listing       
particulars and a notice of a general meeting to be held at 10h00 on Friday,    
8 June 2012 at Solutions House, Gazelle Close, Corporate Park South, Midrand,   
has been mailed today following JSE approval of the circular.                   
The notice of the meeting contains resolutions relating to the proposed         
acquisition of the assets of I to I Technology Solutions Limited and the        
proposed specific issue of 125 714 167 new ordinary shares at 3 cents per       
ordinary share.                                                                 
Shareholders should note that the circular requires specific actions with       
associated deadlines on their part as contained in the circular.
