CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, Crookes wishes to announce the following changes to the Board
of Directors:

Pierre Joubert has resigned as non-executive director of Crookes with effect from 23
November 2012. The board wishes to thank Pierre for his valued contribution.

Gary Vaughan-Smith (49) BSc, MSc and Tim Denton (51) have been appointed as
non-executive director and alternate non-executive director, respectively, with effect
from 23 November 2012.
Gary is a Founding Partner of SilverStreet Capital who recently acquired the 30%
interest in Crookes previously held by RMB Securities (Pty) Limited. He is a Fellow of
the Institute of Actuaries and has many years of experience in the asset
management field.

Tim is Head of Agricultural Research for SilverStreet Capital and is based in Harare,
Zimbabwe. He has extensive experience in the management of large commercial
farms in Africa including the development of greenfield sites and out-grower
schemes.
