RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY RELATING TO A POTENTIAL DELISTING OF THE COMPANY'S SHARES
FROM THE JSE LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement relating to
a potential delisting ("the delisting") of the company's shares from the JSE
Limited published on SENS on 26 April 2012.
The company has further engaged with its larger shareholders and has to date

company's share incentive scheme) to support the delisting at a price of not

process of being approved by the various regulators and will be sent to all
shareholders in due course.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in their shares in the company.
